My dad used to joke that I was so naturally drawn to the camera that I took my own baby pictures. Most of my mother’s side of the family are artists and art teachers, and my father was a professional photographer for over 20 years, so I guess you could say photography runs in the blood.

I have been shooting weddings for five years, and take great pride in recording, not creating the action around me. For me, photographing weddings allows me to tastefully combine photojournalism with art, creating a final masterpiece that forever captures the essence of all the laugher, tears, joy, and tenderness of such a special day.

Other photography work over the years has included journalism, public relations, college sports, fashion in London, portraiture, and fine art landscapes along the seacoast.

Currently I am residing in Cambridge, MA and am spending most of my time managing the family business in Harvard Square (www.cardullos.com). I will never truly “retire from photography, it is always my favorite pastime, but for the moment I am not accepting any new work. At a later date, I hope to find the time again to resume my professional work, it is some of the most rewarding work that anyone can do!
